About Kids ATVs

Kids ATVs are the ultimate gift for your child. It will bring a smile to their face when they receive the ATV and an even bigger smile everytime they get to ride it. Purchasing a Kids ATV along with a larger ATV for yourself is a great way to spend time together. You can take your ATVs to national parks that allow off-road vehicles or to a small field to zip around. Teaching your kid how to ride their ATV is a memorable experience as well for any parent.

For most a brand name Kid ATV is just out of the question. They are extremely expensive and offer all the same features as the less expensive ones that we offer. All of our Kids ATV provide the same quality and durability as well as offering all the endless fun. The key to keeping any ATV in tip-top shape is maintenance. As long as you make sure the chain is tight and lubed, as well as keep everything tightened and clean your Kids ATV will run for years to come!

Which Kids ATV should I choose?
Automatic

An ATV equipped with an automatic style transmission is just like an automatic car, all you need to do is give it gas to go. There is no clutch or need to shift gears.

Semi-Automatic

When equipped with an semi-automatic transmission the ATV requires the shifting of gears without the need to pull in the clutch. This is especially great if you want to teach your child how to shift gears without factoring in the headache of learning how to properly use a clutch.

Manual

The ATV requires pulling in a clutch to shift gears. The clutch is located on the handlebars and you need to shift with your left foot. Recommended for experienced riders!

What does the waranty cover on a Kids ATV?

Every single Kids ATV we offer comes with a 3-month engine parts warranty. If anything goes wrong for the first 3months we will send you replacement parts at no cost to you. Obviously if your Kids ATV is crashed, stolen or damaged by rider error then the warranty does not apply. You can also opt to extend this warranty for an extra fee at the sametime you are choosing the color on the product page.

What kind of maintenance is required?

Anything that has an engine needs some sort of annual maintenance plan or check up. One of the biggest things is changing the oil. Since Kids ATVs are designed to go offroad and through the mud, it's best to change the oil every 10-15 rides or so. This will insure your Kids ATV runs perfect with no hiccups.

Another thing that you should really check before each ride is the chain slack. If a chain on your Kids ATV becomes too loose or slack, it runs the risk of the chain coming off. Make sure to leave 3-quarters of an inch of slack in the chain. If you need help on how to adjust the chain you can simply email us and we can send you detailed instructions!

Keeping your Kid ATVs clean is one of the most easiest maintenance tips. Any left on mud, dirt or buildup can eventually wear parts out prematurely. So after every ride make sure to give any Kids ATVs a good washing! It is also great to have your kid help to teach them the responsibility of keeping it clean.

Our ATVs meet or exceed the ANSI Standard http://www.ansi.org/ as required by LAW (SIA of 2008). In the interest of safe use of Kids ATVs we have deleted "Toy Type" lights in order to discourage night riding and conform to government regulations.
